Oceanview Clubs offers a tiered membership structure designed to fit a variety of lifestyles. All tiers include access to our private beach, aquatic facilities, fitness center, and member event invitations.

Initiation Fee

A one-time initiation fee applies to all new memberships. The fee varies by tier and is disclosed upon application approval. Current members in good standing may sponsor a new applicant, which may reduce or waive the initiation fee at the Membership Committee’s discretion. How to Join

The Application Process

Membership at Oceanview Clubs is extended by application and requires sponsorship by two current members in good standing.

Schedule a Tour

Contact our Membership Coordinator, Ashley Burgess, to arrange a complimentary club tour and introductory meeting.

Secure Sponsorship

Identify two current Oceanview members willing to serve as your sponsors and submit their written endorsements.

Submit Application

Complete the membership application form and submit it with the required documentation and application fee.

Committee Review

Applications are reviewed quarterly by the Membership Committee. You will be notified of the outcome within 30 days of the review date.

Membership FAQ

Is there a waitlist for membership?

Full Club and Family memberships currently have a short waitlist forming for the fall 2024 intake. Social memberships have limited availability. We encourage interested parties to begin the application process promptly. Contact Ashley Burgess at aburgess@oceanviewclubs.com for current availability.

Can I bring guests to the club?

Full Club members receive 2 complimentary guest passes per month. Family members receive 4. Social members may bring guests on a day-fee basis. All guests must be accompanied by a member at all times and must sign in at the front desk upon arrival.

What does the annual fee cover?

Annual dues cover full access to all club amenities included in your tier, participation in member events, and access to the member portal. Dining, private events, marina slip rentals, sailing school, and personal training are billed separately.

Are there corporate membership options?

Yes. Corporate memberships are available for businesses wishing to offer club access as an employee benefit or client entertainment resource. Corporate arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Sandra Whitfield’s office at info@oceanviewclubs.com.

Can membership be suspended or transferred?

Members may request a hardship suspension of up to 12 months in cases of relocation, medical leave, or financial hardship, subject to Membership Committee approval. Memberships are non-transferable and do not carry a resale value.

Do you offer a trial membership or day passes?

We do not offer trial memberships. Prospective members are welcome to attend one member-sponsored guest visit prior to applying. Day passes for non-members are available for dining at The Anchor Grille with a reservation, but do not include access to beach, pool, or marina facilities.
