The Anchor Grille

Our flagship dining room overlooks the marina and delivers a contemporary coastal menu celebrating sustainably sourced Gulf seafood, hand-cut steaks, and seasonal Florida produce. The space seats 110 guests, with an enclosed terrace extending capacity for an additional 40 during the spring and fall seasons.

Chef Reyes changes the menu quarterly to reflect what is fresh and local. Signature items include the Gulf snapper crudo, the 45-day dry-aged bone-in ribeye, and the cast iron Florida lobster tail with saffron butter and herb-roasted potatoes.

Dress code: Smart casual. Jackets encouraged for dinner service.

Tiki & Tide Bar

Kick back with a frozen cocktail and a basket of Gulf shrimp at our beloved poolside bar. The Tiki and Tide serves casual favorites, including fish tacos, lobster rolls, Cubano sandwiches, and a rotating selection of craft beers and tropical cocktails. Full poolside table service is available for Full Club and Family members.

The bar also serves a daily brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am, featuring eggs Benedict, avocado toast, and the Tiki Bloody Mary, made with house-pickled garnishes and Gulf shrimp.

Whether you are celebrating a milestone birthday, hosting a board dinner, or planning a waterfront wedding reception, our private dining and catering team delivers an experience tailored to your vision. Chef Reyes offers custom menu design for all private events, with options ranging from passed hors d’oeuvres stations to multi-course plated dinners.

Our Private Dining Room seats up to 24 guests for an intimate seated dinner. The Grand Terrace accommodates up to 250 for a formal reception. All private events include a dedicated event coordinator and full bar service.

Sommelier Program

The Oceanview Wine Cellar

Our cellar features over 800 selections curated by Certified Sommelier James Calloway, with a focus on boutique domestic producers, Burgundy, and aged Bordeaux. Members may store personal wine in private cellar lockers, available by application.

Monthly Wine and Dine dinners pair seasonal menus with featured vineyard selections. Dates and registration are posted in the Events section and through the Member Portal.
