Marina & Sailing

Our 120-slip private marina accommodates vessels up to 65 feet. Full-service boatyard facilities include a fuel dock, pump-out station, freshwater hookups, and shore power at every slip. Our on-site sailing school offers instruction for all skill levels, from beginner through advanced offshore racing certification.

The marina is managed year-round by our Harbormaster team, available seven days a week. Emergency dockage assistance is available by radio on VHF Channel 16.

Beach & Aquatics

Oceanview’s private beachfront spans 1,100 linear feet of Gulf-front shoreline. Members enjoy reserved beach service, complimentary towel service, and attentive beach staff throughout the season. Our aquatics facilities include a resort pool with sundeck, a heated lap pool open year-round, and a zero-entry family pool with a splash zone.

Following the 2024 pool deck renovation, the resort pool area now features 12 new shaded cabana structures, each equipped with USB charging, Wi-Fi access, and a dedicated poolside service call button.

Tennis & Fitness

Six Har-Tru clay courts are available for member reservations daily, with court lighting for evening play. Our tennis program is led by USPTA-certified Head Pro David Moran, who offers private lessons, group clinics, and organized competitive leagues for all skill levels.

The Oceanview Fitness Center spans 5,000 sq. ft. of modern equipment, including cardio, strength, and functional training areas. Group fitness classes are held daily in our adjacent studio, with offerings including yoga, spin, HIIT, and Pilates. Personal training is available by appointment.

Event Spaces

Oceanview’s Grand Terrace, The Pavilion, and Sunset Deck offer stunning Gulf views for private events, celebrations, and corporate gatherings. Our dedicated events team, led by Ashley Burgess, handles every detail from floral arrangements to AV production and custom menu design.

All three venues are available exclusively to members and their sponsored guests. Bookings are managed through the Member Portal and require a minimum 30-day advance reservation for weekends.

• Grand Terrace: up to 250 guests
• The Pavilion: up to 80 guests, indoor and outdoor
• Sunset Deck: cocktail receptions up to 120

Our front desk team, led by Donna Pruitt, is available Monday through Saturday to assist with reservations, activity coordination, and any club needs. Full Club and Family members have access to our extended concierge services, including preferred restaurant recommendations, local transportation arrangements, and activity bookings through our FareHarbor partnership.
