We are pleased to announce that the resort pool deck renovation — one of this year’s major capital improvement projects — has been completed ahead of schedule and is now fully open for member use as of May 1.
The project, which began in January following the close of the fall season, included a complete resurfacing of the pool deck in tumbled travertine pavers, the installation of 12 new shaded cabana structures, and an expanded towel service station near the zero-entry family pool.

Operations Manager Ryan Kowalski oversaw the project in partnership with Gulf Coast Poolscapes of Fort Lauderdale. “We knew this was the right moment to make a lasting investment in the poolside experience,” Ryan noted. “The feedback from members during the soft opening week has been overwhelmingly positive.”
Cabana reservations for the summer season are now open through the Member Portal. Full Club and Family members receive priority booking windows. Cabanas are available on a first-come, first-served basis after the priority window closes.
